About This Project

This brand new four bedroom home was built to an exceptionally prestigious level, with two gated entrances and manicured grounds extending to approximately 1.2 acres. The sense of arrival is second to none with a spectacular galleried reception hall setting the scene for an amazing property extending to over 8,000 sq ft.  We worked closely with the developer on this build to ensure that the smart home features reflected the rest of the build.  From Lutron Lighting Control throughout the property, to the 4K Cinema Room on the Lower Ground Floor, this property is filled with discrete but high end technology.

Lighting the double vaulted spaces well was clearly a motive to install the Lutron HomeWorks QS intelligent lighting system in the communal areas of the house, as well as throughout the bedrooms.  Similarly the advantages of lighting control externally were clear to be seen, with a mixture of dawn and dusk lighting coupled with arrival lighting triggered by the Video Intercom solution.

Alongside the Security integration, the whole home audio and video is controlled by Control4, allowing easy and intuitive access to the best features of the system.
