Luxury Family Home

About This Project

This stunning family home was created by a local businessman with a young family, wanting a luxury lifestyle home on the edge of the Cornish coast.  We were involved from a very early stage with the client, making sure that we liased with all of the companies and manufacturers the client wanted to incorporate in the build project.  Starting with the Lighting Control system, the client chose Lutron Homeworks QS, for its ease of use and intuitive keypads, joined with the flexibility of whole house off buttons when retiring to bed.  Alongside this, we included a 4K Video Distribution system and distriubted High Definition Audio to the main rooms in the home, all controlled easily using the Control4 TouchScreens and remotes.

An additional feature that our client found useful was the inclusion of motorised blinds, curtains and window openers within the Control4 and Lutron system.  These shading and cooling systems are easily accessed via the Lutron Keypad buttons, or using the Control4 interface and make it easy to access these features of the home.  And better still, if it rains or the client leaves the house and sets the alarm then the window openers will automatically close.

A final addition to this work was a Dolby Atmos Surround Sound Cinema room complete with luxury finishes and Cinema Seating.  Again this room is simply controlled via a Control4 remote or Touch Screen, meaning that the family can enjoy movie nights together throughout the years simply and easily in the comfort of their own home.
